apartment type A is located in a renewed building in the center of
Positano in spectacular panoramic position. Infact from its window
it is possible to enjoy the stunning sea-view and the green terraced
gardens in the surroundings as far as the sea of emerald colour.
Near the center of Positano, then, the National Road 163 passes and
goes as far as Amalfi, Ravello e Vietri. Anyway who has the pleasure
to stay on vacation in Positano, can appreciate the exclusive
atmosphere of the place which is one of the most refined seaside
resorts in Italy.

Ludovica Apartment type A is a small nice bedroom with bathroom of
approximately 30 square meters (322 square feet), sleeps two, with a
window with a great view of the sea. It is one of the apartments of
a beautiful building located in the center of Positano. The sea and
the beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande) are 1 km (approximately half
a mile) from Ludovica Apartment type A. But at approximately 250
meters (270 yards) from the apartment you will find an elevator to
reach the sea and the beach facilities. The restoration has been carried
out according to the characteristic local architecture. The floors
are tiled with lucid Vietri majolica tiles.
The ideal location of this apartment near the main road, the car
parkings and the bus stop enables its guests to reach easily the
other places of the area such as Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento and so
on. At the same time Ludovica apartment type A is near the National
Road 163 which takes to Pompeii, Naples etc.
It is approximately 1 km (0.6 mile) from the beach, but near the
apartment there a lift to reach directly the Fornillo beach.
Ludovica apartment type A is composed of a double bedroom and the
bathroom. The bathroom has the shower. When You enter the apartment,
You find in front of You the double bed and on the left the
capacoius wardrobe with the TV Colur on it. Beyond the wardrobe
there is the access to the bathroom. In front of You, there is a

The rental of this small apartment (in practise a bedroom with
bathroom) is ideal for those people who wish to spend a small sum
for their vacation but at the same time they desire to stay in a
fantastic environment, in Positano which is one of the most
exclusive and expensive places in Italy.
All pieces of furniture are very modern and new.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. You will not
need a car to stay at Ludovica apartment type A: the bus stop and
Positano center are close by. To reach the apartment, You have to
climb up a staircase of roughly 50 steps – no lift- , but
consider that this is the feature and the beauty of Positano: steps
everywhere. You have to climb up or get down all time.
At approximately 400 meters (437 yards), You can reach the most
ancient part of Positano where there are no motor-cars (only
electric vehicles) and where life has a different rhythm, and an
altogether different meaning.
In Positano it is worth visiting the so-called "Chiesa Madre",
the main church whose majolica dome is visible from any spot of
Positano.
And if You love popular feasts, in Positano every year on the august
15, they arrange very nice fireworks and all local population flocks
to see them. Anyway, You can see them from Your window too.
If You rent this dwelling, 1000 meters away (0,6 mile) we suggest
You also to go to the beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande) to enjoy
the picturesque shops and the small restaurants.

Ludovica apartment type A is a great place to enjoy the sun, the
beach and the sea, as well as a great starting point to visit the
Amalfi Coast, as well as attend the many cultural and artistic
happenings that take place throughout the year. For those who enjoy
the night life, they could not choose a better place: piano bars,
night clubs, disco and restaurants all around.
In addition, from Positano You will be able to board a ferry to
Capri, as well as to Sorrento, Naples and Amalfi. You will also be
able to easily reach Sorrento, Amalfi and Ravello by car or bus. To
reach Sorrento, for instance, it only takes half an hour along a
road that shows breathtaking views of one of the world's most
beautiful landscapes at every curve.
A curiosity: if You wish to appreciate the local cuisine, we suggest
You for fish the resaurant “Chez Black” on the Positano beach. You
spend something more than an ordinary restaurant but it is
definitely worth it. But if You like eating meat, don’t hesitate to
go to the restaurant “La Tagliata”: it is in the “Nocelle”, a place
near Positano. You don’t spend so much and it is superb. |
